Pros and Cons of Promotions Without Pay Raises

Nearly two in five HR managers (39 percent) said it's common for their company to offer employees promotions without salary increases, according to a new OfficeTeam survey — up from 22 percent in a similar 2011 survey. What’s more, 64 percent of workers reported they'd be willing to accept an advanced title that doesn't include a raise, up from 55 percent in 2011.​
