Halloween is a pretty popular “holiday,” as evidenced by the estimated $8.8 billion to be spent on candy, costumes and decorations this year, according to the National Retail Federation. People of many stripes celebrate Halloween, which seldom is a “day off,” creating a perfect opportunity to lighten up the office environment with some workplace fun and cross-departmental bonding.
