How to Ensure a Successful Hybrid Work Environment

After the pandemic hit the U.S. in March of 2020, roughly 70 percent of employees did all of their work from home, a Pew Research Center study reported last year. Nearly a year later, however, 45 percent of full-time U.S. employees worked from home either all (25 percent) or part of the time (20 percent), though that number increases to 67 percent for white-collar employees, according to the latest Gallup monthly employment trend update.
