California Supreme Court to Address Third-Party Pre-Employment Medical Examinations

On April 27, 2022, the California Supreme Court agreed to answer a question from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals asking whether a third-party business entity that's acting only as an agent of an employer can be held directly liable for violations of the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
