Under legislation enacted on September 30, 2020 (SB 973), private employers of 100 or more employees — with at least one employee in California — must submit an annual report on their employees' pay, hours worked, and demographics to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH). The first filing deadline is March 31st.

CalChamber teamed up with the DFEH in this member-exclusive event to review specifics of the reporting process and how to comply with this new law.
