A significant part of employers' responsibilities in establishing, implementing and maintaining their workplace violence prevention plan will be identifying and mitigating workplace violence hazards.
A workplace violence hazard is essentially a condition specific to the worksite, department or operation with a risk factor for one or more of the four workplace violence types defined by the law.
