Does an employee continue to accrue vacation time while on pregnancy disability leave?

An employer is not required to continue to accrue vacation for an employee on pregnancy disability leave (PDL). However, if vacation is allowed to accrue for employees on other temporary disability leaves, the employer should provide it for PDL to the same extent and for the same length of time.
