How do we pay holiday pay on an alternative workweek schedule?

At our workplace, production employees work four days per week, 10 hours per day and administrative employees work five days per week, eight hours per day. If a holiday falls on a Monday, we pay administration employees eight hours of holiday pay. Do we pay production employees eight or 10 hours of holiday pay?
