Completing the Form I-9

The USCIS is responsible for issuing rules relating to the Form I-9, which employers should be careful to accurately complete.

Alert content: The current version of Form I-9 - Employment Eligibility Verification is dated 01/20/25, which appears on the form’s bottom left corner, and is valid through May 31, 2027. Prior editions of the Form I-9 (dated 08/1/23) remain valid until their respective expiration dates.
