HRCalifornia

The San Francisco Commuter Benefits Ordinance (SFCBO) requires certain employers to offer a commuter benefits program that aims to reduce single occupancy driving trips that cause traffic congestion and decrease greenhouse gas emissions.

You can find out more information regarding the SFCBO on the San Francisco Department of the Environment's (SFE) website, including the Employer Guide and Commuter Benefits Compliance Reporting Form.

Covered employers must report compliance by completing a one-time registration Compliance Reporting Form.1 If you have any questions about the form or need assistance complying
