Recording and Reporting an Incident of Workplace Violence

Cal/OSHA requires employers to record all fatalities, illnesses and specified injuries that occur as a result of workplace violence on their Cal/OSHA record keeping logs.1 Some employers are exempted from recording work-related injuries and illnesses.2
