Employees who meet all of the eligibility requirements can be paid for up to six weeks in a 12-month period.

  • Beginning July 1, 2020, PFL benefits will be extended to a maximum of eight weeks in a 12-month period. The weekly benefit amount is approximately 60 to 70 percent of the wages the employee earned in the highest quarter of the base period, depending on the employee's income, and subject to a maximum weekly benefit amount.
