As of July 2, 2015, the City of Emeryville (the City or Emeryville) provides mandatory paid sick leave under the City’s Minimum Wage Ordinance (the Ordinance). The Ordinance requires you to provide a minimum amount of paid sick leave (the Emeryville Sick Leave or ESL) to employees working in Emeryville.​
