Over the last several years, the Board has invalidated blanket prohibitions on discussing workplace investigations that involve employee interviews despite employer concerns that confidentiality is critical to such investigations. The Board has reasoned that employees have the general right under Section 7, to discuss issues concerning the workplace.1
