Employer Notice Obligations

​You must provide your employees with written notice about their workers’ compensation rights. You must present the following posters and notices to your employees:

  • You must post an informational poster in a conspicuous location frequented by employees.
  • You must give a workers’ compensation Rights and Benefits pamphlet to each employee when he/she is hired.
  • When an employee is injured as the result of a crime, you must give him/her a notice for crime victims.​
