Access free online courses at your own pace and receive recertification credits toward your HRCI professional certifications, when you become a new member or renew your membership with CalChamber (detailed below). 

HRCI

  • Recertification Credit: Members who are HRCI certified can earn up to twelve (12) Recertification Credits per 3-year HRCI renewal cycle:
    • Three (3) credit hours per full year of membership (to a maximum of 9 credit hours) under the membership category of the HRCI Certification program.
    • An additional (3) California credit hours (per certification cycle under the continuing education category of the HRCI Certification Program). If your credential does not require California credit, the credit type will default to HR general credit
  • In order to qualify for Recertification Credits, you must be a registered user of HRCalifornia.
  • New registrants: When you register for your exam, you can receive a $25 discount off the HRCI certification exam for CalChamber members.
  • Exclusive to CalChamber members: You can receive the services of an HRCI Concierge to quickly resolve questions.
  • Bonus: Members who consume additional eligible content, provided by HRCI, can earn up to ten (10) credits. That's 22 recertification credits altogether!
