California’s employment law landscape is constantly shifting, as employers are well aware. Not only must businesses pay attention to the state Legislature and the numerous laws that are enacted each year, but they also must keep an eye on the courts, which play a big role in employment law and often have the final word on how employers are to comply with state law.
