EEOC Approves Pregnant Workers Fairness Act Regulations

The federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) took effect in June 2023, and on April 19, 2024, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) published its final rule implementing the PWFA — a final rule that contains several notable provisions of which California employers should be aware.
