May I change my employees' paydays?
HRCalifornia
Yes, there is no law prohibiting an employer from changing regular paydays.
However, whenever you are making a change, it is advisable to give employees advance notice. Notify employees at least one full payroll cycle in advance of the new schedule and preferably give 30-days notice of the change in paydays.
